No curfew for a private evening: you set the end time. Noise and neighbourhood rules still apply, and we go through them with you when booking.

The venue is a former garage: two opening glazed bays, 3.20 m by 3.63 m, give straight onto the street at ground level, which makes load-in, deliveries and driving a vehicle in straightforward. Clear height of 4.90 m in the lower section.

PA system and microphones on site, suitable for a speech as much as a playlist. A DJ will usually bring their own rig.

16 amps available, with sockets throughout the space. Tell us in advance about cooking or stage lighting and we will plan the load with you.

The venue
What is included in the rental fee?
The fee includes access to the 251 m² space, basic amenities (electricity, water, heating), restroom facilities and basic cleaning. Additional services such as specialised lighting, furniture rental or event staffing can be arranged for an additional fee.
Can the venue be booked exclusively?
Yes, every booking is an exclusive one: company apéritif, year-end party, product launch, assembly or private celebration. All events must comply with local noise regulations and capacity limits.
What's the maximum capacity of the venue?
In a cocktail layout the venue takes up to 150 people standing, and around 80 for a seated meal. Beyond that, or for an unusual layout, tell us the headcount and the format and we will confirm what works.

Is there parking available?
The venue has no private parking, but there are several public car parks within a 5-minute walk. We can provide detailed information about nearby parking facilities on request.
Is there WiFi available?
Yes, high-speed WiFi is available throughout the space and is included in the rental fee. Network details are provided on arrival.

Yes, easily: the venue is a former garage and its street façade has two large opening glazed bays, 3.20 m wide by 3.63 m high, at street level. Motorcycles and cars have been installed here for brand launches. Tell us your vehicle's dimensions and we will confirm.

Can I decorate and arrange the space?
Yes, you can arrange and decorate the space for your event: temporary installations, decoration, displays. All modifications must be reversible, and the space must be returned to its original condition at the end of your rental.

Yes, you are free to choose your own caterer. The space has hosted standing dinners, brunches and barbecues, with a different provider each time.

What does it cost to hire the space?
A three-hour company drinks reception starts at CHF 800, a six-hour evening at CHF 1,500, a full day at CHF 1,300 and a weekend evening at CHF 2,500. Prices exclude VAT and include final cleaning. The exact figure depends on the day, the duration and what you need.
