Product launch venue in Lausanne: your vehicle drives in through the door

For a product launch, a pop-up showroom or an exhibition, the room is yours from 8am to 8pm: twelve hours to set up, show and pack down on the same day. Two bays 321 cm wide by 363 cm high open step-free onto the street, wide enough for a car or a motorcycle.

A former garage that kept its doors

LeLocal Brotherfields used to be a garage. Ducati and Triumph have shown their motorcycles here, wheels on the floor, with no dismantling and no goods lift, and a classic car is part of the décor. If your product will not fit in a lift, it will come in through the door here.

Pop-up showroom in Lausanne: the space and its dimensions

251 m² in one piece, with 4.90 m of clear height in the main part of the room. A raised platform, one metre up and reached by an internal staircase, has 3.90 m of headroom. The two glazed bays of 3.21 × 3.63 m are separated by a pillar, so each opening is 3.21 m wide. The room takes up to 150 visitors standing.

A full day from 8am to 8pm, setup included

You arrive at 8am with your kit, welcome your guests whenever suits you and pack down before 8pm. Setup and pack-down are included in the day. For a heavier installation, setup the evening before and collection the next day are free of charge, subject to availability. If your presentation runs into the evening, extra hours are available on request.

Bringing a vehicle in for your product launch

The vehicle comes in through one of the bays, at street level, and parks directly in the room. Send us its dimensions (width including mirrors, and height) and we will confirm it fits before your site visit. Motorcycles and a classic car have already stood here, wheels on the floor.

What the full day includes

From CHF 1'300 excluding VAT: all 251 m² to yourself for the day, the furniture, the venue's lighting, a sound system with microphones, the projector, high-speed WiFi, heating, toilets, 16 A power and final cleaning. Display lighting or reception staff are available at extra cost, on request.
