An evening without a countdown

There is no imposed closing time here: you agree the finish with us, within noise and neighbourhood rules. Nobody checks their watch over dessert, and you do not have to organise somewhere to go next.

Standing dinner or seated meal in Lausanne

The 251 m² room works for both. For a standing dinner, up to 150 guests move between the buffet, the high tables and the Chesterfield lounge. For a seated meal, 80 guests sit at long tables or round tables, with room for a speech. The evening can start seated and end on its feet: the tables move aside and the dance floor is ready.

Timings for your year-end evening

The company evening format covers about six hours on a weekday, for example 6pm to midnight. There is no fixed finish time, and extra hours are available on request. For an evening in December, book early: those are the most requested dates of the year.

What the hire includes

From CHF 1'500 excluding VAT: all 251 m² to yourself, the furniture in place, the venue's lighting, a sound system with microphones, the projector, high-speed WiFi, heating, toilets, 16 A power and final cleaning. On request and at extra cost: serving staff, stage lighting and extra furniture.

Catering, music and a DJ for your company evening

Your caterer, or Sisterfields Café, comes in through the step-free bays, with no stairs to climb with the crates. The sound system is enough for a playlist; a DJ usually brings their own kit. Tell us about any cooking or lighting equipment: the supply is 16 A and we will plan the load with you.

A company evening venue in central Lausanne

Avenue de Sévelin 50, a 7-minute walk from the m1 metro (Montelly) and 15 minutes from Lausanne station: your team can come straight from the office. No private parking, but paid street parking right next door, limited to 3 hours. The room is step-free from the street and heated all year, which matters for a December evening.
