A venue that changes with your project

Designers' pop-up shop, clothes swap, exhibition, opening night, brand showroom: the white walls and the venue's lighting make a neutral backdrop. Keep the furniture where it is or move it, and stage lighting is available on request at extra cost.

Set up, sell, welcome

The bays of 3.21 × 3.63 m let in clothes rails, shelving, machines or a vehicle without a ramp. The electrical installation is 16 A: tell us what equipment you plan to bring and we share the load with you. The full day, from 8am to 8pm, includes setup, pack-down and final cleaning.

Open to the public

Access is step-free from the street, with free entry or ticketing, as you decide. Selling food and drinks on site requires the operator's written agreement; any permits are the organiser's responsibility.

Associations, designers and markets

Designers' market, an association's clothes swap, a sale in aid of a cause: describe the project, the expected audience and the duration, and we reply with a quote that fits.

Film and photo shoots

A photo shoot or a video shoot finds white walls, daylight and several corners here. Give us the duration and the size of the crew in your request.

Price and access

From CHF 1'300 excluding VAT for the day from 8am to 8pm, final cleaning included. For a full weekend or several days, send us the dates and we prepare a tailored quote. LeLocal is at Avenue de Sévelin 50, a 7-minute walk from the m1 metro (Montelly). The toilets are not wheelchair accessible.
