Which format for which event
For a staff apéritif, a leaving drink or an afterwork, plan about three hours on a weekday, from CHF 800. For a year-end evening or a team dinner, the evening format covers about six hours, from CHF 1'500. For a conference, a training day or a product launch, the full day runs from 8am to 8pm, from CHF 1'300. All prices exclude VAT and include final cleaning.
Conference, seminar and training
A projector is installed and ready to project onto the white wall, with a sound system and microphones at no extra cost. You get 80 guests seated at tables, or up to 100 in rows of chairs. For a conference followed by drinks, the same room goes from presentation to apéritif without moving anyone.
Year-end evening and team dinner
A seated dinner for 80 or a standing buffet for 150 both work in the same room, and the evening can start seated and end standing. There is no imposed end time, within neighbourhood rules. December dates go first: send your request as soon as yours is fixed.
Product launch, networking and team building
Two bays of 3.21 × 3.63 m open step-free onto the street, so a vehicle, a machine or a stand comes in without a ramp. For a networking event, 150 people move between the lounge, the high tables and the buffet. For a team workshop, the tables and the lounge are already in place.
Quote, invoice and organisation
After your request you receive a fixed quote within 24 hours, issued in your company's name. On request and at extra cost: serving staff, stage lighting and additional furniture. Setup and pack-down are included in the full day; for an apéritif or an evening, tell us your setup needs in the request.

Avenue de Sévelin 50, a 7-minute walk from the m1 metro (Montelly) and 15 minutes from the train station: your team can come straight from the office. No private parking, but paid street parking right next door, limited to 3 hours. The entrance and the main room are step-free.
